Come True

Future
A pretty good day!
Got back practice math exam results: 92 and 90 :)
Watched the Grad Dancing part in Media - good stuff.
Chatted during lunch, this is what I'll miss.
Chilled out in art... dabbed some more. What else is new?
Mormor and Svend over for dinner - Svend got me a graduation gift!
I love him <3
Watched half of The Strangers... I think Kim had the right idea in the first place.

SomeReligousManKatieKnows[ButNotReally]: You have to go out in the forest and exist really hard.

Oh No!

Murder Scene
Filmed some [final?] scenes after lunch, then left early.
Got home and [freaked out] bought tickets!
Well, that was hardly stressful at all...
/sarcasm
Was connected to Katie, and then had a conversation with my mom that was surprisingly not too awkward.
Wrote my English and Art papers - not too bad.

The baby says no.

NotMrs.Tennant: Maybe she wants to sell you some TCBY.

Dandy Lion

And - Lift!
Two periods and then practice math exam.
One hour of work... one hour of sitting.
But at least people threw stuff at me to keep it interesting.
Then rehearsal for Pam's musical - watching some cool interpretive dancers.
Got home early then read on the back porch.
Went for a walk after dinner, got some Timbits and boots :)

Me: Aw, there's a crunched snail. Aww. Aww. Aww. Aww.

Nobody Does It Better

Two, Four, Six, Eight, Eleven Days 'Till We Graduate!
This Monday was more dead than the rest.
But that's to be expected.
Did hardly anything, really.

NotMe: ...Awkwarrrrrd.

Baby Brother

Patootie
Had family bbq to welcome Svend back from Denmark.
I love him :)
Met Mackenzie for the first time - very cute.
Just like most babies.
Came home and learned about some more prom happenings.
We're still friends, Mia!

Build Up

Snooze
Woke up from our nap with multiple alarms.
Had a breakfast... an iced cap... another breakfast... a trip to the pool... another breakfast.
But I really didn't eat anything much.
Kristi's breakfast, pretty fun.
Reviewing the night, haha.
Avery over after instead of huddling on her porch, played Wii!
Mormor over for dinner... oh man.

NotMe: What did Mormor say? That's me.

Out for a short while after with Kim, Ben, Nick, Jayme, Pam and Kayla.
Then came home.
Now, sleep.
Please.

How's Duffy?

Woo Girls
Stage One: Preparation.

Went to my hair appointment for 10:30, didn't start until almost 11.
Finished rather speedily - very nice :)
Saw Jess's mom, but no Jess.
Walked around the mall a bit then over to DQ for iced coffee.
Drove around, then stalked out Kims place for ten minutes before walking to St. Huberts to pee.
Came back and Kim was there, so entered and found Sarah as well as Mrs. Hayden.
Drank rosee [with giant raspberries] and got our makeup done :)
Cheese, strawberries and duckmelon. Yumm.
Sped home with Mom, jumped out to collect champagne from [slow] Nick, then whipped our dresses on with... three minutes to spare.

Stage Two: Prom!

The [shocking] limo pulled up and Genny and I took a look inside - eeek!
Lights on the ceiling! Ahhh!
Made our way to Avery's, Jess's, Mia's, Geedi's and Aline's, then Millennium Park for [more] photos.

Way to open the door, Mia.

NotMe: Anna! Your hair looks fantastic! And your body!

NotGenny: Your hair looks great - and your body. Where did you get it done?

Hi, Lincoln :)

Drove downtown, with our [awesome] playlist booming, rolling down windows and attracting men from other cars.
As well as fellow prom-goers.
Pulled up at prom [after only spilling the jelly beans and gummi worms] and stepped out to paparazzi!
Cocktails for ever [says my feet] - everyone looked so good.
Shockingly so, some.
Took all sorts of pictures, and showed Mom around.
Talked with Chloe and Paws for a bit - I love them. And her dress :)
Finally, desperately, dinner time.
SITTING!
Food came... or not. Summoned staff who ignored me, but made it in the end.

Me: Does it have strawberries?
NotMe: Oh... uh... does it have strawberries?
NotMeOrHim: Hmm.... Does it have strawberries?
NotMeOrHimOrTheOtherGuy: Strawberries? I don't know...

Gag awards - losing pants, punching people out and ugly babies.
Then some decent dancing.
Hung out with Annick, Steve, Steph [!!!], Michelle and Theo for a bit, talking.

Me: If I were Corey Lee I'd be all over you right now.

Then some much better dancing!

NotJess: We should challenge the teachers to a dance-off.

Then...

Part Three: After Prom

Went back to Lincoln, who chauffered us to our hotel [after some minor confusion] then up to the mountain.

Scary radio voice!!

Down to the old port, cruising. Finished the 2nd playlist just in time - return to the hotel around 1:30.
Went up to the party room after getting changed - hoo boy.

Butter!

Hi Genny... nice bathrobe and sunglasses.

Gotta love a mostly naked drunk black guy.
:)

Had a drink, then returned to our own room, where we had another, crawled into bed and talked in the dark.
Three hours of sleep? No problem.

Prom = totally worth it.

Exactly
Ahhh, last school day before prom.
Just as pointless as the rest, at this point.
"Helped" out Schwartz last period, clearing out backstage.

NotMe: I'm bored. Let's hug.

NotAStudent: Boy on a Swan.

Anne over for dinner!!
Fun shark grabber thingy.

NotMe: If you're bringing your dog to prom you should probably speak to someone...

Anne, your ear is itchy.

Blue Angel

Future
Much more productive than yesterday!
Filmed Mather first period, and then Dom and Mike.
Both went great, haha.
Lloyd's scene after that, awww.
Discussing parents, prom and parties at lunch - woo!

[leopard print and pink pants? ...awesome.]

Over to Jayme's with Ben, Thomas and Isabelle - great!
That went so well :)

Home for grilled cheese and then jetted off for the bus.
Awkward conversations plague me.
But - orientation was good. Saw Matt!
[from across the room]
Got the course book and some water... victory.

Nick: Gotta keep in touch? Check that website - Gossip Girl?
NotNick: I can't believe you just said that.

Happy birthday, Nick and Ms. Hayden.

Change
School is tiring.
Capture the flag is fun!
Very little work got done.
I am evil, apparently.

Nekkid
Everyone is leaving :(
Went home... missed people.
But, then worked on comp. sci. video and relived all the good moments :)

Foreskin
Not raining today... but extremely cold!
This is DEFINITELY not dock-putting-in weekend.
Played more games today.
Had a fire in the afternoon/night time.
[2:00 am cottage time]
Talking about our huge cottage party:

Pats friends - out! Anna's friends, go go go!!
+
All the different stations.

NotAnnik: Why aren't you drinking?
Annik: I'm trying to purify my body.

It's okay, we're family.

Do you think other cousins talk this way?

Smegma.
Doob, memorabilia, nozzle, moist.
Large slug.

Eating out and gentle cupping.

Pat: I feel so high school.
Having a dance-off to Eminem on the road!
Or, at least, Emily and Fake Martha were.
And then preparing for a dance-off in the forest - Pat in the lead!

How old is that Kraft Dinner?

Annik: A touch of Asian wang.

My dog went to the fair... I saw her there...

Organizing the Chippendales cards - haha!!

Gamers

Well that was some unnatural horseback riding!

Brenda, Emily, Katie, Martha, Yves, Patrick and Annik up around lunch time, it suddenly got a lot more full!

Chicken wangs for dinner!
Yummy.

American Americans, European Canadians...

...5 O'Clock?!
I wish.

Got up to the cottage, slipped on my shorts and sat out in the heat to enjoy some Hamlet.
Or... not.
Andrea got there and we embarked on our journey up and down mountains.
3 and a half hours later, we were rescued.
I've never been so happy to see Nana on an ATV.

That Boy's Wearing A Skirt!

Never, Ever Again
And for their final performances at Lakeside Academy... Genny, Anna, Kim and Mia.
At least we went out with a bang :)
[SO much better than last year!!]

Filmed three scenes today - ultra productive. Going well!
Except for that door that eats keys and won't lock...

Genny and Smallnose made my life.

My anus is bleeding!

I am a banANA.

My spoon is too big...

Me: Are you Mack the Knife??
SmallPerson: No... sorry.

Who is Mack the Knife? Drug dealer?
HAHAHAHA.

I'm still shaking.

007. Fuck, tv.

[Smallnose = Courtney]

Yay, Vocabulary!

Lost / Found
(two in one)

Sorry, no visual aids.
First day back after the weekend is always better than you think...
it's the next one that kills you.
Finally started filming the grad video, got one scene done.
Had rehearsal after school on Monday - apparently extremely creepy, yay!
I always feel like it's a little flat, but people seem to think differently, so that's good...

Today, the tree I planted in honour of my fathers death got hit by lightning and fell on my house, causing a fire which killed my dog. My mother and sister were trapped inside and are now in intensive care. I will never walk again. I am deaf and mute. I used to be a professional pianist. FML.

MrEvans: There is a hairline crack of evil seeping into your heart.

Not Without Us
Happy Mothers Day :)
[can I have some cash?]
Home from the cottage after the snow... bah.
Home for an approximate 3 hours - in which I completed my English assignment and painted my mother her card and discussed future Probing plans with Pat - before setting out again for the festivities.
We ate KFC and I thought of Katie.
It was
Italic
delicious.

You are mentally unwell. R-tard.

Confusion, Apparently
Still doing those crosswords :P
Woke up bright and early - then pretty much just chilled.
Worked on homework... wrote haikus... read...
Cottage-y things like that.
[not like next weekend, though]
Had a delicious dinner, and then tv on the new flatscreen :)

NotMe: Why aren't you recording this conversation for one of your future novels??

Not What Was Expected
Friday... yay!
Nick dressed up beautifully for us in French class.
Rehearsal after lunch - good!
Chloe and Sierra around, nice to see them.
Walked a bit with Kim and Mia, then stopped at the bus stop with some unsavory characters [and chocolate pretzels].
Unfortunately no plans for the evening... but fortunately went up to the cottage early!
Nice car ride - I love being in the car at night.
Saw a deer!
Ate some toast and went to bed.

Shhh - spring peepers.

Allowisius was a chicken my dad used to know.

Deluded And Diluted

Opera
Raining.
Got to school for a bio rest... great.
Easy, though. That's always nice.
Then Nicks socks felt like marshmallows.
Incredibly intense game of ultimate frisbee in gym!
And no, I didn't get pegged in the head this time. Thanks, though.
Disturbing amounts of combined food in a water bottle at lunch... we needed to leave.

NotMe: I will pay you TWO dollars to take a sip of this!
NotMeEither: Don't do it!
Me: Do it!!

So we hung out and talked theology with Mr. Evans instead.

Me: ...but what about the dinosaurs?

Imagined future times in Comp. Sci.... 16 days!
Then what?

NotMe: Well... not horrible.

Rehearsal after school, good fun.
Opera singing, head hanging, and creepy costume rooms.
Not to mention the strange little boy who would pop up out of no where... hmmm.

Crazy pants!

Oh God. Oh, No.
What would provoke someone to create such a thing?!

Half day.
Came home... was semi-productive.

NotMe: An acre of ocher.
NotNick: That's a lot of ocher per acre.
Jake: WTF??

And So It Is

Marcus Manilow
This is not my regular boring I-forgot-my-camera indoor photo.
This is so much more.
And no one who doesn't want to know should look closely at all. [For your own good.]
I want to be her.

Do something!

I really do miss you. Sometimes it frustrates me not having you right here.

I was almost not going to take a picture today.
I was almost going to stop, take a break.
Almost.

Oh, Burn
This is what happens when sucky rechargeable batteries... don't.
Instead of an amusing picture of Avery and her dogs, I have this.
Oh well.
Applied for jobs and ate Munchkins. Sunny, hot day :)

Changed

PROductive
I love sleep.
Oh gosh, do I love sleep.

Happy birthday, Buddha.

Worked, worked, baked, watched TV... haven't had a Saturday like this in a long time.

What. The. Fuck.
Oh, the mass confusion.
Battle of the Bands at 7:00 - met up with a slow-motion running [??] group of people and made our way to the high school.
And, uh... enjoyed the show?
Ish.
Enjoyed the snack bar, definitely. Water!
Helped Ben out on his 2.3 kilometer walk home, before getting scared off by a beetle and the rain.

Me: Mrs. Preston made out with a baby.

Sangeetha's on drugs!

There was definitely something in that jello...
