Festooned
Lewd, shrewd, soliloquy.
Read the end of Sloppy Firsts again in French today... I don't think I could ever get tired of that book.
It sucks to love people who don't actually exist.
It is enjoyable, however, to watch Lion act out the word 'jellyfish'.
Negative Space
I'm starting to feel pretty apathetic about having this big blank wall in my room.
I should think of stuff to put on it.
I really should.
I didn't mention I got locked in my bathroom the other day. It was quite traumatic.
What if no one had been home and a fire spontaneously burst out??
Days that I don't have to go to class are the best days, I find.
And I, unlike some other people, actually have a reason. Ahem.
[to watch Jimmy strip for cameras]
NotMeOrJenny: Look what they're doing now!
Talk about FACEBOOK!
Will Tear Us Apart
What a Sunday-ish Sunday.
Didn't sleep in as much as I would have liked - Mom woke me up to go to Bureau en Gros.
Bought envelopes for Katie [even though I'm giving her a break] and some black pens.
Came back and... that was my day.
It's hard to get used to not doing anything when you've spent the last days doing stuff.
But there's always another weekend to look forward to.
DRESSed Up :)
Out in the morning.... much too early, in my opinion.
But it was all worth it - got my prom dress!
I can cross that off the list, now. Phew.
NotKatie:I was just about to call you!
Katie: I just called.
NotKatie: Yeah, I didn't answer.
Katie: I know.
Brenda, Katie and Emily came to pick me up - no bus for me!
The over to Nanas for oatmeal squares, dream-telling and sun-sitting.
And, of course, getting ready.
NotNana: So, Nana, do you know where we're going?!
Nana: ...Yes.
Katie: You smell good.
Pat: ...thanks?
Me: Ooh, yeah, you do smell good.
Put your hands up for Detroit!
Katie: It smells like manure. It smells like SHIT.
We just gave our grandparents a big glass cock. Nice.
In Her Mouth?!
This seems like so long ago.
And really not like a school day.
Public speaking semi finals!
Dom: Ha ha HAH!
82 Bobbalou
Melissa: They let you in?! Awesome!
Pam: ...and cheese!
The rest of the day was pretty good, I'm sure, but it was eclipsed by the night.
Caught the bus with Avery, then Geedi, then Nick and Ben, then Mia.
[then an axe murderer and Geedi's moms friend]
Was not surprised to find out the others were going to be late.
We put the extra time to good use.
Nick: Don't do drugs.
NotNick: Yeah. A) They're bad for you, and B) More for us.
NotNick: What's in that?
Nick: Meth.
Creepy alleys and white vans... and hobos peeing next to dumpsters.
Oh wait, that was Nick.
Then, finally, LaserQuest!
Banana ranked 23rd out of 30.
That was the most intense thing I've done in a LONG time.
I would definitely die in war. Especially if I were fighting small children or their fathers.
After that we spent a lot of time deciding what was going to happen next.
Came back to Lachine with Avery, Geedi, Nick and Ben, and walked in the night time :)
Imagine if you lint rolled your dog?
Nick: I probably won't get hepatitis.
Lion: He plays badly, we should take his money.
Nick: What'ch'you do with my doo-rag!?
Just in case you were wondering: Kiln = a furnace or oven for burning, baking, or drying something, esp. one for firing pottery, calcining limestone, or baking bricks.
It's still rape, guys.
Good and Bad
So I'm giving up on the Poptarts.
Which is probably a good idea...
Day six has somehow lost its charm.
Scriptwriting in Media, need one more idea.
Marcela: I have a big penis.
Imagination games with Sam instead of Black Studies... that used to be me.
Weiiiiiiird.
Me: It tastes like sunshine :)
Painting with Genny in Art while the boys threw scissors at each other and through holes.
It's a masterpiece!
Being weird in Math - I enjoy playing desk piano!
Got a break from study skillz to talk to Nathan and Schwartz.
And I'm pretty proud of the fact that I wrote a decent gym project in two hours.
Lick my lollipop.
Heads?
I find myself admiring trees more and more lately. They look so pretty against the sky.
I mailed my Dawson acceptance of acceptance letter today :)
This sort of thing does put me in a good mood.
Was late for French because we went to Jess's for lunch - and hoo boy, did we eat.
What are these?
Jess: I think they're cream puffs.
NotJess: They are puffy.
Jess: And full of cream!
Suck up!
Avery and I had difficulty knocking on the door.
Watched more X-Files... he's too young.
Does 48 count as an old man crush?
...how old is Jack Layton?
Life's a douche, die young.
Finalee
Andrea: These boys have no souls!!
Not much to say about today.
Genny and Melo did their speeches - pretty good!
Alli and I into the semi finals... no Nick.
Which I figured was going to happen, but still would have been amazing.
Nick: I've got three beavers, two boats and a duck. What can I get with that?
Helping Lion with his money at lunch, and wondering what he's like in Germany.
Checking out Jayme in Math, admiring his style.
QAA after school - piece of cake.
Pizza for supper... and Cinna Stix!
<3
And now... Flight of the Conchords.
