But really not early at all.
Out with Dad - committed some minor thievery [finally!] and walked the mall.
Home for mini pizza and Muffin!
Got a bunch of homework done.

Blinded by the light.
Woke up tired and hungry. Grabbed the cameras and relived last night in bed with Pat and Katie.
Our cravings for bagels were too overwhelming, so we made it upstairs to wake up Friend Nick and Annik. Brother Nick made it up not too long after.
Sat around for a while recovering, said goodbye to Friend Nick, and then slowly packed up to leave - pretty much exactly 24 hours after arriving.
Said goodbye to Katie :(
Shotgunned the backseat and enjoyed the car ride home, pointed out the water park on the way.
Arrived back in Lachine at the exact same time as Nick! Weird.
Remained in pajamas for the rest of the day, and crashed pretty early. Totally worth it.

Woke up excited!!
Got all my stuff packed up and then expected to have to wait around for a while, but Pat showed up early! Made sure we had the right directions and then set out on the road with our Munchies and juice boxes.
Shredded Wheat and porridge... the diet of the elderly.
Made it into Ottawa in the early afternoon to little fanfare. No banner. No lunch.
Just Katie :)
Took a really long walk around Ottawa, saw some sights... violent knife holders and women with stray cats.
Not to mention crabby wheelchair women.
Back to the house and watched all the Buckethead movies!

Huge marshmallow Katie.
Dubbed in our own words for the first three, then moved downstairs for the last one with actual volume.
Fun anecdotes. Fun fun.
Back upstairs to the window to watch curious people peer into Katie's bedroom window, quite obviously.
Nick and Annik arrived after we were all hungry, and we walked over to Katie's favorite place, which was extremely hot and slow and had intense hand driers but was very delicious.
Walked back home and Robyn was waiting outside! The party had begun!
Played Sociables as more people arrived, couldn't look anyone in the eye or say any names.... ahhh!!
And then we all looked like pirates. You're welcome.
Named our [non-red] cups.
Put on music, danced, became hicks...

Finally crashed [much to the disappointment of Friend Nick] around 3:30... chatted in bed until 4:00... I love life.
