Caught the bus with Avery at one after making sure the church wasn't on fire [shhh!].
Had some confusion where we got off the bus...
...and got back on. We tend to do that.

Sat for a long time and Avery enjoyed her soup and butter very much.

Out to the Grahams to spread some Christmas cheer but...

Waited a very long time for dessert, which was totally worth it except for that lemony part.
Had a fulfilling chat with someone on the phone. I needed that.
Watched handicapped curlers and talked about pubic hair.
Checked out Christmas lights on the drive home, stopped for a second and grabbed alcohol then headed out again!

Eventually got to sit together.
Frigid walk home.

I'm sad...

Sat at the table for a while... listened to depressing things.
Went to bed for a while then emerged for dinner.
Into bed, exhausted.
