Sat around for a while recovering, said goodbye to Friend Nick, and then slowly packed up to leave - pretty much exactly 24 hours after arriving.

Shotgunned the backseat and enjoyed the car ride home, pointed out the water park on the way.
Arrived back in Lachine at the exact same time as Nick! Weird.
Remained in pajamas for the rest of the day, and crashed pretty early. Totally worth it.

Got all my stuff packed up and then expected to have to wait around for a while, but Pat showed up early! Made sure we had the right directions and then set out on the road with our Munchies and juice boxes.

Made it into Ottawa in the early afternoon to little fanfare. No banner. No lunch.

Took a really long walk around Ottawa, saw some sights... violent knife holders and women with stray cats.

I panicked in the morning and rushed to get a paper done which I had forgotten was due today.
I missed my bus and had to catch a later one.
I forgot the library wasn't open until 8.
I studied briefly.
I bonded with an old friend over a staple.
I handed in an important document.
I sat for nearly 6 hours in a row.

Teacher: To any black people... there are none present - OH, sorry.

I used a microwave.
I received an early [or, no, ONLY] birthday present from someone who spends alone time only with me.

We decided it was time for milkshakes.

I managed to look over people twice while looking farther into the distance.

Was cold.
I learned wayyyy too much about someone's sex life for not even knowing their name until the end of it.
