Up and had breakfast in bed... love winter break!
Met up with Jess on the bus and arrived at the mall. Did a walk-through with a brief stop at Coles.
Waited outside in the wind and the cold for the torch... for a long time. Watched 35 police cars roll by.

The rest of the city must be rioting.

Saw the torch! Yelled and shook our tambourines, hahaha.
Waited for the bus for an hour... finally were frozen enough to call in help from my mom, who gladly rescued us.
Jess bought bread then we went home.
Had some hot chocolate, then off to Lakeside!

Saw my people... awwww.
Talked with Patrick and Courtneybrown through most of it, love her.
Made plans with her and Schwartz.

NotCB: I don't know what you like to do, but I'm sure we can find a common interest somewhere!
CB: I'm sure we'll end up canoeing or something...

Home for soup, yum yum.
Out after dinner to the rink with Poppa and Dad, skated a bit then watched the game and split a drink :)

Had a really good time there, then came home to talk with friends.
